Why should this player be punished?: 1. Shot me in this situation and a situation before that thru a door the first time making me bleed the second time killing me whilst I did not engage in a raid

2. Player blatantly is seen as cheating headshoting me in the clip and basing that I am located on the staircase by as he says "sound" in LOOC but indeed only crouching was performed and whispers were vocalized
Due to the record, he had and being unbanned from cheating ban 20 days ago it makes me suspect heavily that the player based my existence in the staircase on his radar cheat or wallhacks which both the clips HEAVILY can prove.
