Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - Very failed attempt at baiting a shootout, crowbarring my car right in front of me directly at storage, just down the road from PD + directly in front of NPC

Then Ryan proceeds to try to gunpoint me, this fails and he dies and is then revived and arrested

do not mind my discord it is unrelated to perpheads i am watching some people play fivem peace and love

None of this is a rulebreak? Youve been on the server for almost 10 years and you dont realise that? This is clearly a salty ar man, I tried to GP you for killing my friend, you got lucky that you got teleported to the other side of the car and you shot me congrats. What part of the rules did I break lol?

I promise I am unbothered by this whole situation, if you don't see how this is 3.4 then I'll leave that up to staff

with love charles sorle the third xx

If anything, you literally pulled out a gun while in line of sight of me with a gun aimed at you saying hands up in your own clip, but I just took it as a funny situation and didnt immediately make an f6 because shit happens.

Looking forward to the denial, waste of staff time lol

Anyways because staff will ask questions ill leave it at this

"Very failed attempt at baiting a shootout, crowbarring my car right in front of me directly at storage" - I didnt crowbar his car or intend to, Declan did that

" just down the road from PD + directly in front of NPC" Irrelevant, maybe in 2016 this was relevant lol? Every shootout near storage is 3.4 according to this guy? Its significantly away from PD that I could feasibly escape

I acted in defense of my friend who got shot for being a gobshite, this user then under direct gunpoint got out and without sufficent cover pulls put a gun so if anything his clip is 3.4 considering I was warned for something similar recently where the cop wasnt even absolutely directly aiming at me I was still warned because it was "trained in my direction". The user didnt even take sufficent cover like ducking behind the rear of his car. I shot once I seen him pull a gun while still in my direct line of sight btw. This is a meme none of what I did or declan is a rulebreak, even if it was 3.4 to steal the car with an owner nearby we literally never seen him enter so

AR is on both you and Declan, that bit is for him.

When you are directly instigating criminal situations like this for no tangible gain, these things do matter. You stand to gain just a car from this and knowingly risk your life and your freedom extensively - your friend demonstrated knowledge that this car was mine by saying "I'm going to have to take this car off your hands" - I think it is quite obvious that you knew. I think the cops responding in seconds very much demonstrates my point here, especially considering that you didn't have a car in the immediate vicinity to make any kind of escape.

I knew exactly what you were trying to do, and as such I reacted immediately to you stepping to the side of my vehicle, so as my gun was pulled out yours was still in passive.

Where possible, you are intended to avoid implicating yourself in crimes and you are intended to avoid shootouts. Your friend walks in front of the owner of a vehicle, at storage, with the police department a 5 second drive down the road, and attempts to steal said vehicle, leading to his death. You then decide it appropriate, with no immediate method of escape whatsoever, to immediately try to take revenge with nothing but a pistol. This is nothing but baiting and seems like a clear breach of 3.4 in my eyes.
