Why should this player be punished?: (3.15) This player stole my car just to tier it. His org was very mad at me, and then my car gets stolen. Then i get a phone call from a cop saying it was tiered. I then made an F6 and the staff told me it was Leonardo Bushross. I would like add that this is also 2.5 Excessive Negativity because he targeted me like that.

first guy was stealing cars out side projex we told him to not steal our friends car and steal ur car he broke almost 2-3 crowbars then i give him crowbar and i crowbar it with him anyway it open for me

then while i was driveing i crash and it was by mistake i made report about it to refund you but the report got closed lol

i mean if you made report then why it didnt been dealed ig ?
