Why should this player be punished?: There was a raid at Parker where we managed to kill all suspects. We believed there was still one left in the area, so we ran outside to check. At that moment, two cars pulled up. I gunpointed one of them, and another officer ran over to the second vehicle.

David, in the second car, decided to pick up a gun from an active crime scene and was subsequently shot. I don't believe he was under gunpoint from the officer when he picked up the gun, and still shouldn't be picking up guns next to where PD are.. When revived, he claimed he didn't see us, which is false. There’s no way he couldn’t have seen us walking out of parker, especially since he parked his car sideways, blocking our line of sight. This led to him being shot and arrested.

I mean, we were very clearly walking out of Parker and were visible. Even if you didn’t see us, you failed to make sure your life wasn’t in danger before picking up the gun. Within three seconds of exiting your car, you picked up the gun, clearly showing you didn’t ensure the situation was safe before doing so. That led to you being shot four seconds later and being arrested.

@AnanasDragen did you actually make sure it was clear before attempting to pick it up? Also, if you have a clip of you POV it could help show what you saw.

Looking at this clip it does show an officer running out directly infront of you, which you could've clearly seen.

@AnanasDragen you should have given yourself more time to inspect the area and make sure it was clear, even if you saw the cop or not. They were quite clearly there and you should take more precautions when entering a scene with this many bodies and emergency vehicles.
