Why should this player be punished?: They rammed my car, and after I yelled at them for it, they tried to run me over intentionally on the sidewalk. This is an attempt of Random Deathmatch (RDM).
Michelle, my character, was in the process of filming a fight between two unrelated parties, when Mohhamad, the character of Arbuziuk, drove recklessly through the street, apparently trying to ram them, but missed. He ended up striking my car, which put it out of position (which later caused it to be fined and impounded). Afterwards, Michelle yelled at him for doing so, which prompted Mohhamad to attempt to run Michelle over on the sidewalk with his car.
Michelle dodged out of the way of the car, pulled out a Glock 17 semi-automatic pistol and shot at him in defense. The police shot Michelle with no warning in the confusion. Later, after being revived, I was able to see Arbuziuk's character name. Then, I was able to get his Steam name and ID through an in-game report.
Arbuziuk's repeated attempts to run over, not only my character, but the unrelated parties fighting each-other, shows blatant intent to Randomly Deathmatch or RDM.
