Why should this player be punished?: After commiting murder/raid. he stays with the drugs for over 10 minutes 12 feet away from the place he commited the crime. he stayed at an place which wasent bought so anyone could enter it / buy it. there fore putting his life at risk. acourding to rule 3.4
