Why should this player be punished?: 3.4. I think this is 3.4 as he made a fake phone call about a raid at hicktown and it was said to be at bank and because he was bank robbing and revealed his location purposely as he made a 911 call about hick town he could have died in that incident

The police would’ve been alerted that he was robbing the bank regardless due to the automatic alarm. Given as well that he is a new player, it’s also reasonable to assume that he possibly wasn’t aware the 911 messaging system reveals the location of the call
