Why should this player be punished?: The user failed to comply under gunpoint while driving at extremely slow speeds. In the video you can see that he is going so slow that I got to tell him to get out of the van four times while still holding clear sight of him, all within several seconds. The moment I issue my first command, you can see the van is barely even moving, but he still decides to drive off even though it's clear he could have been shot.
