Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - User picked up a gun ~16 sec after a shooting had occurred, in front of someone who was visibly armed (me), then proceded to run away and explain away his blatant robbery of the firearm as I shot him in the head.

so basically that was Simon and he was my friend i did not see no gun in my eyes so i was going to take it when seconds later i was getting beaten to death as you hear i said im taking this for simon

Regardless of if you knew the victim, @Ope Winsten you werent known to anyone involved in the shooting. Regardless of your intentions of saving the gun for the deceased individual you clearly weren’t willing to take the risk of getting shot by involved parties into account. You could have asked to take it but at that point it just seemed like you were stealing it.
