Why should this player be punished?: After dying at a raid on slums 5, I was transporting his friend as a suspect. During the transportation, the suspect never said ten toes once as you can see in the evidence clip. His friend then who died in the raid, rushed into PD and started shooting at cops for what I assume is to break out his friend who never said how long he was going to jail for. So I believe the person I'm reporting was either metagaming or most likely using NLR information to break his friend out of jail.

After speaking to both members involved and reviewing their demo, it is clear that they used information from their past life to initiate this breakout. None of the parties were metagaming, and had used the fact that their friend did not respawn with them at spawn to immediately go break out their friend without having any information about what they were being arrested for in their current life.
