Can you explain your side?

Afaik this situation happened like a week ago, I remember there being just that cop or 2 cops at max on duty. I got a life alert without any information, so I simply went to it, found the officer infront of his car, there were no shots being fired at that time. If I remember correctly, after the shots were fired, I immediately took cover behind my ambulance and soon after left the scene. The police car + my ambulance were parked in a way so the danger from any traffic for me is minimalized. Not quite sure how am I supposed to see any people with weapons drawn behind fences unless I use wallhack.
