Why should this player be punished?: I was coming from subs going towards intersection, i had a green light. Kevin pulled out from the PD road, running the red light thus breaking 3.22 in the process and causing me to crash into the side of his car and it getting nearly tiered. Kevin paid no mind and just kept driving.
Along with the link to the evidence video ive also attached an image of Kevin while we were discussing the situation with an RTO, so you can see i have the right guy, his car is also in the background.
