The other subject proccedeed to flee into the PD parking lot with a gun in his back, break Gun Point and point it at me, resulting in their death. The subject in question of this AR then came from the side of PD towards me with his gun on his hand in an attempt to break out his friend over what was a clear rule break putting his freedom at risk.
