Why should this player be punished?: Took my gun (mugged me you could say) in a raid because I had surrendered to the cops and the cops died which left me handcuffed in the staircase because they refused to uncuff me.

We took your gun, because it was just laying om the ground during our raid. You weren't involved and maybe had you not lingered around a gunfight and broke 3.4, you wouldn't have gotten handcuffed in the first place. Would like to add we did let you leave, quite literally opened the door for you to walk out, an no I was not going to waste a crowbar on you. You had your opportunity for revenge later on, and you lost, gg and move on. No need to get mad you lost and report yourself for 3.4

Also, what exactly are your reporting us for? Mugging? I don't remember putting you in zipties and searching you

If you wish to make an AR on me, for breaking rule 3.4 go ahead, that's another case. However from my side I know it wasn't 3.4 and won't explain that part any further unless requested to do so by staff.

You don't have anything to say because you don't even know what you are reporting me for. You say you've accused me, yet you haven't named a single rule that you think I've broken. Again, next time don't linger around the area of a gunfight and you won't get it taken. You weren't mugged, you simply got it stolen as of a result of your own mistakes. An if a staff says I need to open a separate AR I will, but I doubt it is necessary, you breaking 3.4 is very much relevant to this AR and as a result if they decide it was a 3.4 break, then you will very likely be punished from this AR. Again, swallow your pride next time, because all you've done here is report yourself for lingering around a shootout you weren't involved in.

Also, if it wasn't 3.4 I'm assuming then you wanted to counter? LOL you shouldn't be surprised your gun got taken. What'd you think was going to happen? You thought I was gonna let you leave and let you keep your gun? Your obviously there for one reason, and for that reason you got your gun taken, I was kind enough to let you out.

I'd like to add to my point of which; you don't even know what you're reporting me for. You are reporting me purely because you are upset you lost the situation. My proof of that is my clip from six hours ago of you trying to KOS us for the incident that occurred, to which you failed and died. An it was ONLY AFTER THAT, then you decided to make an AR. This was made out of emotion, and not out of any rule you think I broke.

Dahweeble has done nothing wrong in the evidence he provided. He went inside Projex and heard an officer announce himself, so he surrendered to avoid being mistaken as a raider and avoid being shot.

Dahweeble's weapon was only dropped until cops finish investigating/deal with the situation. You managed to kill the 2 cops that were on scene and then noticed Dahweeble in cuffs with his weapon dropped beside him, you said "Who the fuck is this guy? Take his SCAR". You knew it was his weapon and that he had dropped it on the staircase yet you still decided to take it.

You don't need to put someone in zipties and search him for it to count as a mugging. He was in a public area and you stole his weapon off of him whilst he was under gunpoint, this counts as a mugging.

If you want to make fun of Dahweeble publicly for dying whilst attempting to take revenge against you and your friend, then everyone should know that you were raiding a new player property that had a Glock 17 while you had rifle/smg. Swallow your pride...
