Why should this player be punished?: I was doing a traffic stop waiting for road crew to take the owner of a vehicle away to go repair their tires that they shouldn't have been driving on the road. The player in the report then failed to cooperate with simple orders like to get out of the vehicle so if the road crew needs to tow, there is no one in the car. He waited 20 seconds to cooperate and was minging me. He then right in plain view of me, grabbed a crowbar and attempted to take off the boot to the vehicle, risking his characters freedom for no good reason.
