As you can see in Ryan his own footage, he runs away when he is under direct gunpoint. Even after orders he refuses to come back.
If Ryan deletes the footage I can reupload it.

When you first had your gun, I ran under gunpoint because I didn't clearly hear what you said. Then, when I heard "hands up," I put them up. After that, I did not know what you wanted me to do when I said I'm going to my car; I just heard "okay," so I went. I did not hear stop and I thought I was good to go as I came out my house. People's microphones are not clear for me, not sure why.

As both the video demonstrates and what @daZai outlined above, he had stated to you that he was going to head to his vehicle to store the firearm and you responded with "Okay." Had this not been the case then what daZai did here would've been a violation of 3.4 but in this instance, daZai's actions were fine and not done with malicious intentions.
