Why should this player be punished?: shot me and attempted to mug me for no reason also i believe this user might of broke nlr to kill me in a raid as he had died previously or his friend had to counter me and my friend @Thorgal as mid raid they were shooting at us despite iirc dying previously

Also iirc him or another individual broke nlr mid raid shooting me and making me lose my weapon however due to no staff on im not going to act 100% sure over this id rather confirm via accurate damage logs
