Why should this player be punished?: Hello,
I am submitting this clip following a request from G Link.
After filing an F6 report, I was advised by G Link to submit an action request in order to move the situation forward.
This report concerns an unjustified use of force during a confrontation between our gang, Peaky Blinders, and a rival gang.
The clip provided is recorded from Eguardo’s point of view.
I am the player standing to his right, named Omar Ubaydah. I would like to clarify that I am not the one who recorded the clip, as I do not have Medal. The footage is therefore from Eguardo’s perspective.
It is also important to clarify that Eguardo’s death can be considered justified within the context of the scene.
However, my death was not justified. Although I was carrying a pistol, I never pulled it out and never posed an immediate threat. There was no escalation from my side that would justify lethal force against me.
Despite this, the player Brian Hickman pulled out an SMG and killed me without valid reason, while I was unarmed and non-threatening at that moment.
All of these elements are visible in the provided clip.
I will let the moderation team review and judge the situation based on the footage.
