Why should this player be punished?: Responded to a raid, both people clearly saw me with my gun pointing at them, and just refused my order to put their hands up. One ran away and pulled a gun, the other moved to the left to pull a gun, then opened fire. It also looks like Jester King is trying to store items in a car when his freedom is being threatened. (im assuming the gun on his back). If he did I dont know why he would do that considering the cop cars right next to him and ongoing raid

HELLO, FIRST OF ALL, I had a perfect cover and ran into it as soon as I registered you, SECOND OF ALL, I was storing guns as I was part of the raid no one was threat to my life.

Edit: THIRD OF ALL, I was storing guns as pd was wipped and you snake up on us from behind.

hello first of all we had done a 4 man raid on regals i was the last one alive when klown gets on i tell him to come to regals as there was 2 cops left (none of them were yaroslav) after we had killed both of them we started transporting guns to aloo's tesla because i thought we had wiped pd because of how long there was no cops on scene for yaroslav then gp me which you see in the clip but i couldnt really hear him so i ran to saftey pulled my firearm out and killed him. secondly i had been there for around 15 mins to kos pd and store weapons when yaroslav sneaks up super late. As its night time he is harder to see and as soon as i see him i ran i didnt see the gun js saw him and ran i left no time for him to issue commands that i could hear i just ran

@liam currey will receive a 2-week ban for 3.4 given his previous record & that this was a rather obvious violation of 3.4, I will not be issuing any punishments for them storing as upon checking the logs it did in fact seem clear, the last cop they had killed was about 100 seconds prior to when Yaro snuck up on them.

@klown had sufficient hard-cover nearby and had enough time to get there safely, he did not violate 3.4
