Why should this player be punished?: This guy is an experienced player and should know better than to take $2000 from a roadcrew when i said "/me gives Dietrich money".

I am the Roadcrew what happened after that was that the person who picked up the money drop it back, and I pick it up. 2k back, at the end I was paid. The person in the video Betty when I was contacted by Tyrone I rushed to his location in order to fix his car. Betty approached to me same as Tyrone and said that he will pay me double if I dont repair Blue Tesla that was in possession of Tyrone. Betty then dropped me 500 to fix his McLaren and I did. Then Tyrone said he is a rich boy and dropped me 2k to fix his ride. Betty did pick up the 2k that Tyrone dropped. And I waited until Betty dropped back 2k which I took and repaired Tyrone Tesla to max.

tyrone was speeding and driving down the wrong side of the one way road at subs, when i asked him to pay for my car tier cause it was his fault he just started being toxic for no reason at all mocking me and my friend for being british and mocking our accents, roadcrew then arrived and tyrone dropped the money and i picked it up, when i realised he did /me i dropped the money (which he also cut out of the clip) the money was in my pocket for no longer than 2 seconds

Also, about me making fun of your accent, A1L have already texted me on discord about it, and i have apologized and said i didn't know there were a rule for that. And i just edited my clip, and found this.

Doesn't look like less than 2 seconds to me and it seems like you only at the end of the clip finds out that i did "/me gives money"

Whilst the defendant did pick up the money intended for RC after a /me was done, they did return the money as soon as they had realised their error. As pointed out by the defendant, it is also clear that the clip was edited in a way to omit some details to try and paint a more negative light on them.
