Why should this player be punished?: I got my tires popped for no reason and when i said "if I didn't know you I would have killed you but I won't because I know you" in a laughing/friendly voice He killed me. @Galle

We were raiding a property when he stopped. I shot once at his car , which wasn't even his tires, but they popped. Then he decided to run to the armed raiders, where I told him to leave, as we are rivals. But he decided to come back and say I would have killed you if I didn't know. As I told him multiple times to leave, he decided to come back, so I shot him after giving him warnings .

After reviewing the evidence and demo, I have come to a decision.

I want to start with the so-called "warning shot" you fired. A warning shot is fired around a target, not straight at them, as its purpose is to serve as a warning, not to cause damage.

I'd also like to mention that when the player arrived in his car, the shots had stopped. There were no indications of an ongoing raid, such as a shootout or bodies outside, that would have alerted him. While you could have simply pointed a gun at him and told him to leave on the stairs, you failed to do so.

The things said were not considered a threat. He said, "If I didn’t know you, I would kill you but I know you, so I won’t kill you." This was said in a joking manner, so there was no reason for you to kill him. The 2.5 guidelines state: “The player has directly and explicitly threatened your life.” This was not explicit or direct enough to meet that standard.

Next time, just point a gun at the player in this situation and tell them to leave. Also, when firing "warning shots," make sure to not fire directly at them but around them to avoid shooting out tires unnecessarily.
