Why should this player be punished?: i believe the user broke 3.4 whilst stealing a vehicle outside bazaar. Then drove away whilst under gun point then when caught up with the driver he continued driving and shouted, I'm just borrowing it.

at the beginning he was obviously not pointing it and afterwards, in my opinion, i was at all ether fast enough in motion or a reasonable distance away, 3.4 compliant

At the beginning you were in fact not gunpointed, however the officer stated his intention back then, making it clear that by gunpointing you later when you stopped reversing and came to a full stop, he wanted you to exit the car. Despite larger distance officer had a clear line of sight on you when you came to a full stop and the acceleration of the car you were in was rather poor, therefore we came to a conclusion that you have violated the rule 3.4 in this situation.

That being said, @Eistee von Aldi will be issued a 4 day ban for the rule 3.4.
