Why should this player be punished?: The player failed to comply with police orders while arrested and ignored roleplay instructions from police officers. Refusing to return stolen items after being revived in such a situation is a clear breach of server rules regarding fearRP, powergaming, and roleplay compliance.
I was mugged in Tidals 201 by the reported player. During the mugging I was tied up, and police eventually arrived on the scene. They engaged and killed him. After being revived, he refused to return the stolen items despite being under direct lawful order by police.
Note, when the arresting officer attempted to roleplay the recovery of the stolen items using a /me, the reported player refused to comply with the roleplay even though the police found me in zipties, were informed of what was taken, and attempted to recover the items properly.
I have acquired the POV of the arresting officer OOC and provided it here as evidence
