Why should this player be punished?: They failed to follow rule 3.4 when asked to get out the vehicle and put their hands up. They instead got out and pulled a gun out under direct gun point resulting in them loosing their life.

i didnt heard wayne i just saw them and left my car i pulled out my gun if i got notification or any email i wouldnt delete my clip

@emirbey66 broke the direct gunpoint by exiting the car and arming himself to shoot at the players. You are responsible for your actions and audio. I reviewed the demo, and the verbal commands are clearly audible. You will be issued a 3 day ban for this incident.

@dua28oz did not immediately comply with the direct orders while at gunpoint, instead remaining in the car for a few moments. When the car was nearly submerged in the water, he exited and joined the shootout. His ban will be extended from 1 day to 3 days.

@Sedat also exited the car immediately when they were being held under gunpoint and also chose to arm himself, because he has a clean record he will be given a warning for this incident.
