Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 Excessive Negativity. I just joined the server and as i was walking over to the PD i saw this player in the Car park opposite the PD with a firearm on his back. I decided to mind my own business and cross the road where a officer was standing. I did not say a word to anyone and as i crossed the road the officer decided to run towards the intersection possibly unaware of the armed player. @Eskara then decided to get his gun out and shoot me dead in front of the PD and the officer who was still in view of the situation.
