Why should this player be punished?: The person in question failed GP and came back and killed me when there was a cop standing there which would consitute 3.4
John also failed GP when I tried to GP him at the begining

In regards to clip 1, the user acted quickly enough to avoid a direct gunpoint, given your distance between each other. The user will not be punished for this.

As for clip 2, Fexxe will be warned for 4.1 for breaking law 3.11 Cooperation with other agencies, as the officer allowed the user to move into the apartment with him, judging by the fact that he said "go with you". This matter has also been forwarded to Internal Affairs.
