Why should this player be punished?: User shot me as i was gunpointing him as an Officer and no reason to since he wasnt going to be arrested for a crime for 7+ years or he was also not wanted.

I was shooting and i am being completely honest i heard another shot when he was gun pointing me so I got spooked by the cop. I had people on me already that were out for my blood. I was on my tiptoes waiting for an attack. I genuinely didn't mean to and I knew I fucked up after. I am very sorry for this I didn't mean to shoot you but once I shot my first shot I realised and I knew there was no turning back. I hope you can see my side and for the last time I apologise I am very sorry for this.

@Fracket there was no reason for you to shoot the officer, you had enough time to surrender when he walked towards you. There was also no reason for you to shoot the wall, this is considered as 3.4 because you put your life/freedom at risk. You have a pretty bad record for the last couple of months for those rules thats why you will receive a ban for 1 month for 3.4 and 2.5.

2.5, 3.4 - User used his shotgun to shoot a text on the wall at the bazaar, this triggered a police officer and resulted in a shootout between them where the police officer died.
