As shown by my pictures and video this player nonstop continued to call 911 and just scream through the mic constantly and use text-based 911 to say some even more insane crap. It was nonstop as shown by the timestamps in my phone. Tried searching for him IC to handle it but never could find him and the calls continued nonstop to the point where i went off duty as it was getting very annoying
