Isnt me on the tape, im the guy behind. but i can talk for my friend.

Were raiding, he came out with the gun on hands. My friend told him to put the hands up, he didnt complain and he was vissually armed, so my friend shoot him.

Rule 2.5: "When participating in raids, players carrying visible weaponry whilst entering, exiting or inside of the property that is being raided are considered to be significant enough threats to be killed justifiably without prior verbal commands or interaction."

yes but you had just raided that property and i ran inside you came out of your apartment in hopes to possibly raid again?
 
like i said, wasnt me. however, were about to make a first raid, not raid again. dont be liar. any question more, talk with Patron Reicardo
 
as 5.3 states, you can not be assisting in a raid, aka you should not be present if you did not mean to attempt to raid yet another time.

And to gunpoint someone and give orders to someone who already has a gun out would fall under 3.4 because you risking your own life.

If you want to raid someone and see they they have a gun out, you can kill them without any verbal interaction.

@Patron Patronini can you please ask your friend to make a forum account so he can answer to this himself? Thank you.
 
To add onto what @Ellie said. What a raid is by definition:
Trespassing on an occupied property with the intention of stealing from it or its occupants or killing the players inside.

Rule 2.5 - Excessive negativity:
When participating in raids, players carrying visible weaponry whilst entering, exiting or inside of the property that is being raided are considered to be significant enough threats to be killed justifiably without prior verbal commands or interaction.

Unless the player could've been aware of the raid, you can't simply kill them for exiting their property armed.

Rule 5.6 - Kidnapping:
Kidnapping another player whilst visible from outside a muggable zone with the intention of mugging or raiding them is not allowed.

@Tilin I can say that the other player wasnt kidnapped, he was helping us with the lockpick because he want to.

we didnt break in mate your door was swinging open when we entered projex we ran in and you come out to see me standing on the staircase with someone else inside your house. Additionally why would you gun point me with a gun out and when i complied literally 2 seconds for timestamp 00:04-0:006 at 00:04 you said hands up 00:06 my hands go up so you shot me giving me no time to comply
 
But you were armed and inside my apartment (you were outside, but your friends were inside—just look at your own video). I think that's more than enough reason to, first, fear for my life and, second, defend my apartment, and you didn’t say whether you were going to surrender or not. I was just protecting the apartment. Whether you robbed it or not is irrelevant because you're all armed inside Projex 2, and that’s more than enough reason to defend my apartment, right?
