Why should this player be punished?: My friends called me to tell me they were basing at Office, I decided to grab some things before heading there and got caught up in an RP situation. After this was over I went to jail and got released, went straight to office unarmed in hope of finding my friends and did not notice anything weird / hear gunshots so I went upstairs. When opening the first door to office I got insta-killed, no gun on my hand or in inventory

Yes, that date I was in the process of being banned so when I made F6 I was advised to make AR but barely recovered the clip.

When I walked up to office, there were no cop cars / gunshots. All I saw was a medic vehicle outside. I might have arrived a little bit later during the raid but it is your job ultimately to ensure anyone in the area is armed before you KOS them. I also had not arrived to the base / contacted friends when I got released from jail so there was no way for me to know of a raid apart from cops / gunshots which were not present at time of my arrival. I only realized there was a raid when I saw him standing at the door with a gun shooting me dead on sight.

mate he killled 2 cops then he was holding then u came there was even barricates blocking some parts of office u either just decided to ignore all those warnings and go inside or ig u didnt see but there was couple cop cars there.

Still can’t shoot unarmed people, you did not even tell me to get away from the area. Straight up headshotted an unarmed civ. I wasn’t even basing there yet is the worst part. Barely was about to settle in and not expecting to get blasted in the head. Once again from my POV I did not see cops.

Reviewed clip a couple of times, only people at scene were EMS who were chilling outside.

Apologies for the delay.

At the time of @Off The Radar entering the property, there were no shots being fired, nor were there any clear indication of said incident occurring. From reviewing the demo, I can only see that there were EMS on scene standing outside having a conversation, no bodies or nobody who required immediate medical attention. I think the appropriate reaction for this would've been for @Diesel Hickman to gunpoint you and give you commands to leave the area, rather than instantly shooting.

@Diesel Hickman will be issued a warning for 2.5, the reason being;

2.5 - Whilst the user was raiding a property, another user whom were not apart of the raid decided to walk upstairs and were instantly killed by this user, despite the other user not having any acknowledgement of an on-going raid, nor were given any instructions to leave.
