Why should this player be punished?: This person killed himself during a PD chase from what looks like it killing himself while in the water,The car was orignally called out by a officer for the reason we started chasing it, Then instead of coming to ground he just killed themself. The person in my opinion had plenty of time till they where able to take action to not die however they did not

Hello. This is my responce to this. I attempted to escape the police by the water but it did not go as planned i did not remember that the spot i drove into would be so deep when i got out of the car it put me deep to the water and when the leaches start attaking you you swimming becomes hard im not sure why but my caracter would not move for some reason i also thied to swim but i got just deeper to the water. and the reason for staying in the car i was unsure what to do but i got out of the car and tried to swim but would not just swim i tried to but it did not work and some how i just got deeper in the water

Im going to leave this for the mods to deal with but my thoughts are as follows, even so you still knew you where going to hicktown area, you have a reputation for doing this, hence you ban record, You in my opinion knew what you where doing, you failed to slow down which caused your death due to your incompitence, You are a exprianced player and should know better

I was willing to show some leniency regarding the driving into the lake as you took a risk and just failed miserably, similar to when you drive on the wrong side of the highway because the pros outweigh the cons. However, you risked your life over a failure to stop charge, a charge that should not have even been there to begin with because you fled from a traffic stop. Given this, I will be extending your existing ban to a week.
