Why should this player be punished?: Shot me during a shootout that me and Dom Ghandi had against the cops. It was behind suburbs monorail and when i walked around i got through the small tunnel there and i got shot by Mufasa from the Highway. I had not shot a single bullet towards the player and i was not raiding any property. He had absolutely no reason to even kill me there. As you can see in the last screenshot i was killed 9 seconds after Dom killed a police, which means that the shootout was still ongoing. Due to this i lost a Sako with a compensator and a magazine.
