Why should this player be punished?: My friend was driving on the right side of the road in my vehicle and then this guy was driving on the wrong side of the road while the other side of the road there was also a car and he didnt make any movements of trying to slow down or something and then drove fully into my car which recked my car. When i proceed to get out of my car telling him he needs to pay for my car wreck he decides to drive away without ever leaving his vehicle.

1. I apologize for my actions. I was distracted on my phone at that time, due to which this mistake was made. This is not something I usually do, and I will be more cautious while driving in future. When the driver demanded 25K, I felt frightened and scared. I did not have the money to pay, and I assumed that the driver would call the police, which would make a possible warrant for me. I think it was a poor decision to be on the wrong side of the road, but at that time, I felt that the running was the most appropriate thing to do and thats how I thought Its best I RP it out. I will be sure to carefully review the rules and my roleplay correctly in the future. -TLDR: Think I was distracted on my phone and fled because I didn't have the money he asked for.
   
   I didn't intentionally front facing hit someone it was a genuine mistake and I am really sorry I would've stopped and not fled but he was being aggressive demanding 25K causing me to flee which I thought was a valid roleplay scenario and I take accountability for being on the wrong side of the road I am so sorry and this was a few days ago and my memory isn't too fond but I haven't done it since or caused any crashes I am so sorry and I will ensure this doesn't happen again I just really don't want to get permantnly banned from here because I genuinely enjoy this server and try to abide by the rules.
