Why should this player be punished?: Metagaming. Why did he walk out so cautiously and ready to kill. Must be meta game cos i was completely silent and so was the person.

Neither player has an active forum account so I will attempt to contact both on steam. I will request Judas's demo in the meantime.

After demo review, both reported parties violated 3.2, and one denied my Steam friend request as well when trying to contact them about this.

Upon reviewing the demo, I also found that Judas shot you for seemingly no reason, as you were just walking around before this interaction. I am confused as to why you did not mention this in your action request, as they had no reason whatsoever to have shot you. You may make a refund request for the weapon you lost in that interaction.

Judas will receive a 1-month ban for 2.5 and 3.2, as they have a previous record for 3.2 and multiple records for 2.5. None recent, however and they admitted their actions in-game.

Pookie will receive a 1-week ban for 3.2, as they are new and have no record, and also took accountability in-game.
