Why should this player be punished?: I think that kugen broke gunpoint beacuse i was gunpointing him for approx 10 seconds while he tried to obey it. In real life i could just shoot him trough the window and it would be over. Then when he stopped the car i gave him clear commands to put his hands up and get out,but again he obeyed it and run behind the car and pulled out his shotgun

I felt as if I had sufficient cover for this situation from my POV.

Kugen should've gotten out sooner but due to him stepping out at the other side, which gave him plenty of cover, Kugen did not break any rules here.
