Why should this player be punished?: Terrence Smith was on at a bank call and I there too on stand-by. I stayed at the Para lake news to assist officers when needed and stay out of line of fire not 3.4 putting my life at risk. I walked in front of Para lake news and then went inside after being in my car and realizing they can come out and shoot me in my vehicle. I thought the best thing to do was hide in the news center to stay on stand-by as a lot of other paramedics do the same to stay out of the line of fire and also be able to assist when possible. I went back to my vehicle because I was going to leave, but I thought they said they was all dead (as I may have heard wrong on the radio) and so I stayed to assist. I was confused about the entire situation they didn't call for a medic it just seemed like they didn't care that I was on the job at all even after when I knew for sure it was over they still didn't call. After all of this I told him why I was staying right there I apologized and said if he wants to job ban him that's up to him he won't have any paramedics. He then said thats exactly what I am going to do and then job banned me. After all of this I was little mad of how he treated the situation as I wasn't in direct line of fire and hiding away to be assistance when needed I am a junior paramedic we all make mistakes. He treated me with disrespect and treated me like I wasn't human. I went to PD requesting to speak to him and I was able to. I understood what he was trying to say after I was still a little mad from the way he treated me and the situation (as a leader) but, then Terrence Smith says if you really want to go that way going OOC saying I broke a server rule 3.4.
Terrence Smith retaliated against me and went Out-Of-Character in a roleplay situation
