Why should this player be punished?: This player was driving on the wrong side of the road, my friend who was driving at the time was taking the turn down to suburbs when we suddenly noticed that this player was in fact not going down the ramp but up towards us on the wrong side of the road in which my car was wrecked. (He left the server before I could do an F6 in game)

it appears that he is currently banned for something else so he cannot be contacted in game. also appears he didnt care after doing it the first time
