Why should this player be punished?: originally, i arrived to baz to deal with a stolen car, then he started spitting on my and telling me to kill myself, i said "if you spit on me one more time ill arrest you" then he spat on me again, i started chasing him and he pulled a gun out and shot me.

@Lukape Was contacted on the server regarding a different situation that took place yesterday. During the admin sit, this situation was also addressed, as Lukape admitted to breaking rule 3.4, a one-week ban has been issued for these two situations.
