Why should this player be punished?: Steve had a shop stall thing set up in the bank to scam new players, I was minding my own business buying my own property and I heard him talking about me to his friend, when I walked over to him to confront him, he claimed I was harassing him which is false as I do everything in my power to avoid this guy like the plague due to issues when he is on PD. He had a pile of $1 bills on a table in the bank and I picked one up and ran off, he chased me and tried to beat me which is justified but considering he failed to do anything then, I assume it was over with. About 15 minutes later, he saw me in the courier warehouse waiting to get my package, and he proceeded to attempt to mug me, I assumed this was to get back the dollar but I said that it wasn't a muggable area so he full killed me instead. I find killing someone over $1 a bit excessive due to it being a high ticket and jail time for $1. (I have 2 links, the first one is me stealing the dollar as evidence that's all I stole and then him killing me)(Locksmith advised me to make a AR)
