Why should this player be punished?: Disconnecting to avoid being mugged as well as stalling a tad. I was mugging this man and after I pulled zipties on him he denied them breaking 3.4 then disconnected

Since he disconnected I had no reason to shoot cops so the cops took my gun I would appreciate if I could get it refunded since I could have shot back if he stayed and I most definitely would have won since I had 3-4 org members outside watching
