Why should this player be punished?: I Was headed to my property when he decided to continue following me asking for a "fistfight" even offering money for the winner. I said no at first but he continued to antagonise the fight. As soon as i agreed and hit him twice he decided to kill me with a concealed shotgun. I had hit him twice meaning i not only did not do a considerable amount of damage to cause me to be killed but also that the player was clearly aiming to do this for the reason of killing me.

He broke 2.5, his clear aim being to just RDM someone and "attempt" to have a reason to kill me.
