Why should this player be punished?: So apparently, this sweater was some kind of mass RDMer. I’m not sure if he was the one who actually killed the cops, but he was talking about how people were the cause of their own deaths. After that, several people started threatening to kill him—literally right in front of me—breaking rule 3.4, but that’s just one part of it.

I had to compensate Simon after I shot him. He was pointing a gun and had just shot someone, which was at that moment self-defense. However, during the chaos—since I was alone and overwhelmed with everyone crowding around—someone managed to steal Simon’s gun. I still compensated him for the loss.

Then, once again, someone threatened to kill the sweater. I cuffed that person to issue a fine, and suddenly Simon decided to go full "big man, Superman, hero" mode and shot me—just because he felt like it.

Everyone around bazaar was being chaotic asf and ridicouless, loud and special in their heads, and then they expected me to know out of nowhere or let them roleplay wise deal with somebody who was allegedly massrdming, even without informing of anything, couldn't even wait until I had left.

Verdict
From the evidence provided in the video, you were in the process of issuing a ticket, which would have given no inclination to Simon whether or not the person you were ticketing was going to jail, let alone for enough time to warrant shooting an officer. In addition to this, Simon took no precautions to prevent harm to others surrounding you, actually shooting through you and hitting someone else with a high collateral risk weapon (shotgun) who was handcuffed.

Rule Broken
2.5 - User shot an officer and civilian, killing the officer for no reason.
3.4 - User shot an officer and civilian, killing the officer in a public area for no reason, in front of several witnesses.

Punishment
Given the user’s appalling punishment history, which includes over 15 punishments for both or one violation, recently ending two consecutive three-month bans of these rules, the user will receive a BAN for THREE MONTHS
