Why should this player be punished?: So i think that jimmy broke 3.4 and minge grabbed a gun from a shootout and then killed me with that gun.

What i saw that satella is running to my friend (DanielRabbit) and kiled him,meanwhile i killed satella jimmy instantly picked up the gun that dropped from Daniel and kills me with it

I was involved in this i did not minge grab a hk 45 ct as it was just laying on the floor and stored it and satella was threatning as i took it ( she did not gp me ) he followed me cause i ran specifically and it could have been anyone but then as soon as i saw her gun i went to the rear back of bazzar starting firing upon here and then jimmy picked the gun up in the middle of a shoot out then just killed grophanisky_ show in the clip as well as finishing me off with my weapon​

Okay, so ava james did minge grab because it was a shootout and we asked her to return it and she didnt. She then pulled out a gun before we could do it but tragically got skill issued by satella. Whilst already grabbing the gun satella was killed ( I was mid picking it up and she took mine so fairs fair) u tell me to drop the gun whilst its already in my hand so since you killed satella I killed you. Cops killed me anyway and we both got revived and the guns were confiscated. Also you killed satella and I didnt realise you killed her till I picked it up. This was also sorted in game was it not???

I was killed by you after I killed your friend for shooting me after taking a gun- your friend didn’t have the gun on them and caused a shootout for no reason me and super talked and we decided no action should be taken. I made a is on the officer who decided to not investigate and took the guns. Jimmy didn’t do anything here apart from take revenge, no?

The situation you are referring to was an admin sit with the person you shot, not the person who allegedly minge-grabbed the gun. Please also try to put your messages in one coherent post.

My situation into stealing the gun is finished however i did return the weapon to satella as an apologization due to this it's mort who's getting the ar for stealing the gun in the middle of a shootout

no... make a staff complaint if you feel it's being undealt in any unfair way but other than that we're not moving this to another staff member.

It is clear that @PumPkin was not aware of your presence which is quite obvious from the situation itself' and from earlier statements. It is also clear they were not intending to minge-grab a weapon; I feel this action request could've been dealt with in-game as there were staff members already online and in future you should make an F6 first as opposed to an Action Request.
