Why should this player be punished?: he killed my friend because he had KOS on him and then right after he killed him he killed me without a valid reason. during the f6 i was told he drove up to me and finished me off after.

Hello,

there was a KOS called out on the orange tesla, saying that you guys shot and killed Spiro. Afterwards, Aquaa called you guys out by storage and had apparently already shot the guy that killed Spiro. I had no idea that you didn't shoot as the KOS was called out on the 2 guys inside the tesla, I assumed that you were involved (which is my fault to be fair) but it wasn't my intention to kill you, just ragdoll you so I could easily gunpoint you but I didn't realize you were already very low as I had no idea that Aquaa had already shot at you.

Later on, after we killed the cops I did finish you off, as I thought you shot at Spiro, which was caused by miscommunication.

Finishing you off didn't really do much, as you would have probably bled out soon anyways as it took me a while to finish you and we told the medic to not revive anyone on scene.

In conclusion I just want to say that at first I didn't intend to kill you by running you over, I just didn't realize you were already low and I did not kill your friend, he was killed by Aquaa.

Also to add onto my previous statement, you were aware that your friend had shot and killed Spiro as you were with him at the time, you should have expected some sort of retaliation and maybe should have put your hands up after your friend was killed.

I'm not trying to justify my actions through this statement, I'm just trying to give whoever is dealing with this an idea of what my side of things look like.
