Why should this player be punished?: Dude parked illegally, I along with 3 other officers clamped his car and waited for roadcrew to come. Jeremy gets a revolver and shoots at us hitting the roadcrew worker. Later on is seen pointing a gun so I chase him and he flees under gp ending in him being shot down.
