Why should this player be punished?: I was arresting someone for display of weapon and he was yelling to his friend in another language probably telling him to kill me because he did. The guy that killed me knew what I was arresting him for

After speaking to the initial suspect you had handcuffed, it seemed like his friend was asking if he should shoot you and after multiple times of him asking for a supervisor, it seemed like you were refusing to give him one but as seen in the video, you weren't necessarily declining, more than less just not providing them one there right then I assume cause of safety. He said he said yes to his friend for him to shoot you cause of this.

Because of this Andrew Jordan will receive a ban for 2.5/3.4 for his actions and Aaron Bagshaw who actually shot you a warning as their records differ.
