Why should this player be punished?: I was told by the moderator SadBoy to make an AR about this. He told me the user I'm reporting Tier 2'd my car by going 126 in parker tunnel. I don't know why this happened but I would like to know why. I would also like a refund for the 70K I paid to fix the car if accepted.
