Why should this player be punished?: The three users, mainly Tyrone David and Que Costello kept cop baiting and minging me for no reason whatsoever. Tyrone David and Que costello through multiple scenarios, kept body blocking me and standing in front of me so I could not process prisoners or get inside the PD. At one point Que was sitting in PD next to a secret service agent baiting saying he had a bomb, making useless threats and begging to be shot in the head not caring for his own characters life. It got so bad at one point in the obstruction that I actually killed Tyrone by right clicking on him with my night stick which I did not think was even possible. They kept following me, harassing me personally even using the fact that I'm a flat earther to give me shit. Sierra brown when was mayor was even ordering her secret service to release the prisoners as a "pardon" which is not allowed (This was dealt with Daan [Lucius Husky] in game I believe). I will be posting more evidence links that shows other officers (Steven Dingleberry) came up to me telling me they are targeting trying to get any kind of report on me. And I have another clip of hearing one of them say "lets get in our cars and follow him until we can get him on a report or IA" (paraphrasing). Overall, I'm only making this AR because they were discussing how they would target me which is what really made me mad.

AR5 was essentially a nothing-burger; it was just a third party making claims.


At no point did I ever order my SS to uncuff anyone. The “pardon” comment was clearly a joke, and I never instructed them to release the individual. Even if I had said it seriously, the arrest would still stand regardless. You can even hear in the clip that I explicitly state I cannot pardon people and that I know I don’t have that authority.


Following you was not cop baiting. We followed you solely to gather IA evidence after we believed you had broken policy and we didn’t get the initial clip. The intent was to see if the behavior happened again. No illegal activity took place during this time — even while you were responding, we maintained legal speed and followed traffic laws. In fact, we believed you were attempting to bait us, which is why we remained cautious.


I also was not the one driving.


When you nearly hit me, my comment of “you need to be careful” was not an attempt to provoke or break any laws. Despite this, I was arrested for obstruction, even though you could have simply gone around.


Overall, no laws were broken on our end, and the context in the clip supports that.
