3.20 disconnected once in slums, then once he was in the holding cells after reconnecting also DC'd to avoid arrest for 6.5
He said he was going to LTAP as well, I was going to give this person a charge for 6.5 since he failed to co-operate with me at the scene. He disconnected before I could search him or arrest him. He reconnected and when he did I searched him for 44 seeds. Then he dc'd again by pulling his wifi in the PD.
