Why Should This Player Be Punished: Broke rule 4.9 by leaving roadcrew station to get genes at hospital. I told him IC why he was here and not at the station. He also broke 1.1 by being disrespectful by telling me to get a life. Not sure why, but he thought it was personal.

So, he already knew he couldn't leave the station, but he did anyways.
